The Key People Behind the System
Lori's experience began, like many others, working for a fast food business, where she was very quickly promoted to store manager. For her, however, a love of cleaning led her to a position with her brother's carpet cleaning and janitorial business. She bought the business for cash in 1980 and added a residential maid service operation called Midy Tidy, Inc. Today, Lori's intimate knowledge of estimating, up-selling and cleaning is imparted to all new franchisees in the system. Maid to Perfection franchisees and their managers close 90% of their leads because of the sales approach developed by Ms. Katzenberger. She established many new offices for sale and has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to run a new business. Her knowledge of the cleaning industry is incorporated into the training materials.
Chief Executive Officer
Michael completed his undergraduate study from the University of Maryland in 1983 with a degree in Economics and minors in Accounting, Management and Finance. At age 21, he became one of the state's youngest licensed stockbrokers, serving as Security Principal and R.O.P. with a National Brokerage Firm. In 1983, at the urging of family, he joined Midy Tidy, Inc., which provided residential maid service and other specialized home services to homeowners. Shortly thereafter, separate divisions of the company were established to promote carpet cleaning, window cleaning and floor care. With the complete line of services in place, Midy Tidy offered services to apartment complexes and post-construction sites.
By the late 80's, the company had daily operations from Philadelphia to Northern
Virginia. Michael was determined to redefine the way homeowners received service
and formatted a new operating system unique to the industry. By the early 90's,
commercial cleaning and government contract cleaning were on the board to be
added. Midy Tidy, Inc. was merged into Maid to Perfection Global, Inc. in 1990, and
has led the country as the largest maid and janitorial company since that time.
Michael reduced the maid and janitorial industry to paper by writing a 1000+
page operations manual for franchisee use. He also provides franchisees with
support in all aspects of the business operation and large commercial contracts.
In 2004, he received his Doctor of Business Administration. He can be reached

Corporate Training Coordinator
Having owned an independent service company, Pat brings to our table his strong technical skills in the field of cleaning. He now provides his knowledge to new franchisees in all aspects of the start-up and continued operation of the franchise. He is also responsible for the on-site training at new franchisees' office locations, where he assists with hiring, estimating, advertising and reviewing proper office management. Mr. Aaron is responsible for equipment and product research, field testing and compliance. Pat also assists in talking to new prospects looking to become part of our system.
Rick is responsible for art and graphics, image enhancement and advertisement design. His skills provide advertisements in both digital and paper formats for our franchisees. He is responsible for the layout of our system-wide newsletter and the maintenance of this website as well as our residential services website at www.mtpmaid.com
. Rick also designs and manages websites for franchisees throughout the system.
